What clothing should I wear?
All you need is appropriate shoes and clothing for the conditions, a water bottle and a towel.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Your training will be fun and effective in all weather conditions. There's no such thing as inappropriate weather only inappropriate clothing.

Will the program suit people of all ages and fitness levels?
Yes, we encourage everyone to improve his or her fitness level. We ask that you rate your fitness level from 1 to 10 (High). This will help our trainers set reachable goals for your first couple of sessions.

What happens if I can no longer make my appointment?
Please give 24hrs notice and call to let us know if you can’t make it. The key to fitness is consistency.

How do I pay?
We can only accept cash payments, which can be made at the end of each session.

 
   

What happens if I hurt myself while training? Is there someone with first aid experience?
All our personal trainers have an up to date first aid certificate.

Can I book a certain timeslot per week in advance and pay upfront?
If you’re keen to book a certain timeslot that suits you we recommend that you book in advance. We can take bookings up to 1 month in advance. We don’t offer upfront payments.

Is there a discount if I do many sessions?
Yes, we offer 3 sessions for $50. However we recommend that you take advantage of our introductory offer and have your first session for only $10.

Do I need a bike?
No, we provide all equipment including all spin bikes.
